420band / Im a muppet fan from the days of the old tv show, they tried to come close to the charm of those days But fell short IMO, first off I got soft isnide from seeing them back and loved every moment the original crew was on screen, unfortunatley I thought the lead casting blew chunks. Amy Adams seemed like she was faking her smile throughout and seemed out of place (weird cause she seemed perfect on paper) and maybes I'm biased towards SEgal but C'mon! I know it was his passion project and all but he didn't do the mOvie any favors by taking the lead role, actually I thought he screwed it up. The cameos felt rushed and put together at last minute (Gomez,whoopsie,NPH) nph woulda been better IMO and I'm not a fan of his. Muppet music was fine but the human songs were grating especially muppet or man song, best part was the 3rd act showing the show also montage of recruitment was a chop job and editing suffered throughout. Shame but I'll still eat it up of course, but don't have to love it
